Toronto Tree Services Disclaimer
Toronto Tree Services helps property owners submit service requests and connect with local professionals where available. Toronto Tree Services does not itself perform tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, arborist reports, hedge work, emergency tree work, landscaping, lawn care, yard cleanup, demolition, permit submissions, or other on-site property services.
Services Are Provided Separately
The local professional who contacts you is an independent service provider. That professional is responsible for their own assessment, recommendations, estimate, scheduling, equipment, work methods, staffing, insurance, payment terms, cleanup terms, warranties, and service outcomes.
Toronto Tree Services does not supervise, direct, dispatch, or control the work performed by a service professional and is not a party to the service agreement between the customer and that professional.
Estimates and Payments
Toronto Tree Services does not set or collect payment for on-site services. Estimates, deposits, invoices, payment schedules, refunds, extra charges, and payment disputes are handled directly between the customer and the professional providing the work.
Qualifications and Insurance
Customers should review the professional they are considering hiring and ask for any qualifications, insurance documents, worker coverage, references, written scope, permits, or other information that matters for the project. Toronto Tree Services does not guarantee a provider's qualifications, insurance status, availability, workmanship, pricing, or results.
Website Information Is General
Articles, guides, service pages, and other website content are provided for general information. They are not a substitute for a site-specific assessment or professional, legal, municipal, arboricultural, construction, safety, or technical advice.
Rules, permit requirements, fees, utility procedures, and municipal policies can change. Customers should confirm current requirements with the applicable municipality, utility, or qualified professional before acting on information that may affect safety, permits, demolition, trees, or other property decisions.
Emergencies and Safety
Do not approach fallen electrical lines, unstable trees, hanging limbs, unsafe structures, or other immediate hazards. Contact the appropriate emergency service, municipality, utility provider, or other responsible authority when the situation requires it.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toronto Tree Services is not responsible for losses, injuries, property damage, payment disputes, delays, cleanup issues, report issues, permit issues, or service outcomes arising from work or advice provided by an independent service professional.
